Cara Setting User Account Control (UAC) di Windows 8 dan 8.1

User Account Control ( UAC ) membantu mencegah program yang berpotensi membahayakan dari membuat perubahan pada komputer Anda dengan memberitahukan Anda sebelum perubahan yang dibuat untuk PC Anda yang memerlukan administrator - tingkat ( tinggi ) izin .Secara default , UAC diatur untuk memberitahukan bila aplikasi mencoba untuk membuat perubahan pada PC Anda , tetapi Anda dapat mengubah seberapa sering UAC akan memberitahu Anda .

Always notify me	You'll be notified before apps make changes to your PC or to Windows settings that require administrator permissions. When you're notified, your screen will be dimmed, and you must either approve or deny the request in the UAC dialog box before you can do anything else on your PC.	This is the most secure setting. When you're notified, you should carefully read the contents of each dialog box before allowing changes to be made to your PC. See Warning box below. Standard users will be prompted to enter an administrator's password to approve.
Notify me only when apps try to make changes to my computer (default)	You'll be notified before apps make changes to your PC that require administrator permissions. You'll be notified if an app tries to make changes to a Windows setting. You won't be notified if you try to make changes to Windows settings that require administrator permissions.	It's usually safe to allow changes to be made to Windows settings without you being notified. However, certain apps that come with Windows can have commands or data passed to them, and malicious software can take advantage of this by using these apps to install files or change settings on your PC. You should always be careful about which apps you allow to run on your PC. Standard users will be prompted to enter an administrator's password to approve.
Notify me only when apps try to make changes to my computer (don't dim my desktop)	You'll be notified before apps make changes to your PC that require administrator permissions. You'll be notified if an app tries to make changes to a Windows setting. You won't be notified if you try to make changes to Windows settings that require administrator permissions.	This setting is the same as "Notify me only when apps try to make changes to my computer," but your desktop won't get dimmed. If you choose this option, other apps might be able to interfere with the visual appearance of the UAC dialog box. This is a security risk, especially if there's malware on your PC. Standard users will be prompted to enter an administrator's password to approve.
Never notify me	You won't be notified before any changes are made to your PC. If you're signed in as an administrator, apps can make changes to your PC without your knowledge. If you're signed in as a standard user, any changes that require administrator permissions will automatically be denied.	This is the least secure setting. When you set UAC to never notify, you open up your PC to potential security risks. If you set UAC to never notify, you should be careful about which apps you run, because they'll have the same access to the PC as you do. This includes reading and making changes to protected system areas, your personal data, saved files, and anything else stored on the PC. Apps will also be able to communicate and transfer info to and from anything your PC connects with, including the Internet. Standard users will be prompted to enter an administrator's password to approve.

Warning!

Jika Anda mengatur UAC ke atas Selalu memberitahu saya tingkat , maka Anda tidak akan dapat menyegarkan dan me-reset Windows 8 . Fitur ini memerlukan UAC harus ditetapkan ke default atau tingkat yang lebih rendah untuk bekerja . JANGAN menggunakan Windows 7 dan Vista metode lama pengaturan registri DWORD Enable LUA ke 0 ( nol ) untuk benar-benar menonaktifkan UAC .  

Jika Anda melakukan ini di Windows 8 , akan merusak aplikasi modern yang mencegah mereka dari yang mampu berjalan sampai EnableLUA diatur kembali ke 1 dan restart komputer . Gunakan langkah-langkah dalam tutorial di bawah ini bukan untuk Windows 8 .Mengatur registri DWORD EnableLUA ke 0 ( nol ) juga akan menonaktifkan mode Protected di Internet Explorer yang berarti bahwa Anda juga tidak dapat memiliki 64-bit IE10/11 sampai Enable LUA diatur kembali ke 1 dan restart komputer .

Cara Agar Memperbaiki NSIS,This app Can't Open,Store can,t open while user Account Control is turned Off,dll

1 . Buka Control Panel (Icon View), dan Klik pada Icon User Account .

2 . Klik pada link Ubah Pengguna Pengaturan Account Control . ( Lihat gambar di bawah )

 3 . Jika diminta oleh UAC , Kemudian klik / Tekan Yes .

4 . Scroll ke atas atau bawah untuk pengaturan untuk bagaimana Anda ingin diberitahu oleh UAC ,
     dan klik / tekan OK . (lihat screenshot di bawah ) 

5 . Jika diminta oleh UAC , kemudian klik / tekan Yes .6 . Setelah selesai , Anda dapat menutup jendela User Accounts



7. Lakukan langkah 2 , 3 , 4 , atau 5 di bawah untuk bagaimana Anda ingin diberitahu oleh UAC .8 . Untuk " Selalu memberitahu saya "      A ) Klik / tekan pada tombol Download di bawah untuk mendownload file di bawah ini ,

7 . Klik Dua kali pada file reg download. Untuk menggabungkan itu 

8 . Jika diminta , Klik Run , Yes ( UAC ) , Ya , dan OK untuk menyetujui penggabungan 

9 . Setelah selesai , Anda dapat menghapus File reg Download
